These product terms explain creating a book, available purchases and how to raise an order or refund question. Review the offer shown at checkout before paying.
What Toldera does today
Recipient and starting-point choices are available before payment. The $29 creation package activates one book with its included upload and AI allowances, family contributions, editor and PDF export. Printed copies are separate purchases. A public example illustrates a design and is not a finished customer book.
Your material and your review
Only add stories, photographs and documents you are allowed to use and share. You remain responsible for checking names, dates, facts and permission from people whose material you include. AI suggestions are drafts for your review and must not replace missing facts with invented history.
Prices and payment
Creation prices vary by country. Choose EUR or USD in account settings. Creation is a one-time $29 payment for one book; the allowance is shared with its invited participants. Printing, quantity, delivery and applicable taxes are calculated separately. Stripe Checkout shows the complete amount before payment. Additional copies of the same book do not require another creation purchase.
Approving a printed book
When print ordering is available, you must review and approve the final cover and pages and verify the delivery address. Changes may no longer be possible once production begins. Delivery estimates apply after approval and production, not while you are still creating your book.
Cancellation and refund requests
Send a cancellation, refund or damage request through the contact page with your order reference and a short description. Do not send full card details. Each request needs review against the product purchased, payment status and production stage. No blanket refund or replacement guarantee is made here. A working support contact and the final offer-specific refund policy are required before live sales.
Feature availability
Uploads, AI processing and outbound invitations require an active creation package and available allowance. Failed or unavailable payments do not activate a book. If a payment is refunded, further paid resource use pauses while existing memories remain readable. Keep a copy of important source material.
